The theatrical group for young people with sparkle*
MOBstars* offers a great grounding in theatrical performance for 10 to 16 year olds. Based in North London, the group meets monthly and is open to all who have a passion for theatre and performing and want the opportunity to learn different theatrical styles in a creative and fun environment.
And it’s a blast!
Each workshop is lasts an hour and a half and costs £15. Each workshop explores a different theatrical style or discipline and so each workshop is self-contained. All young people aged between 10 and 16 are welcome, regardless of theatrical experience. All that’s necessary to thrive at MOBstars* is enthusiasm!
MOBstars* also runs Performance Courses where students rehearse for one week devising a piece of theatre which is then presented at the end of the week. The first Performance Course ran in the summer of 2008, resulting in the performance of Enter the Players.
